Wear and Erosion Resistance Coatings
Wear is erosion of a solid surface due to contact with another surface. 1, Rubber Coatings: PU , NR , EPDM , Viton
In this method, a rubber or elastomer coang is applied on the surface. Due to their elasc properes, these materials are highly resistant to abrasion. Rubber Lining is divided into two hot and cold categories according to its implementaon method. Depending on the customer's requirements and the final properes, any cold and hot methods can be implemented.
2, Plastic Coatings: PTFE , UHMWPE
As described in the polymer corrosion-resistant coangs, in addion to high abrasion resistance, these materials have a high chemical resistance against a variety of corrosive fluids, and applying this type of material to different types of substrates requires specific technology because of their low adhesion strength. Frangar Zarfam Co. by improving the surface and the adhesion properes of this material, has been able to implement them on a variety of substrates (metal, composite and concrete).
3, Composite Coatings: GRP , GRE , GRV
By using Faranegar Zarfam Co. special primer, these coangs can easily be applied on various types of surfaces (metal, concrete, etc.). The flexibility of this material to apply on surfaces with different shapes has made this method more efficient.
